How to Use:

  1. Hold the wrist ball with one hand, ensuring the opening is facing upward.
  2. Insert the rope's head into the center hole of the ball.
  3. Rotate the ball forward with your thumb, wrapping the rope around the central groove.
  4. Pull the rope quickly to spin the ball center at high speed.
  5. Tilt the ball downward and use your wrist to maintain and increase the ball's speed.

Caution:

  • Avoid dropping the ball on hard surfaces to prevent rotor damage.
  • Do not touch the rotor while it's spinning at high speeds to avoid burns.
